CALL FOR BIDS
The Town of Brooker is in the process of accepting bids for the sale of the Old Fire Station and property, located at 11770 Pine Street, Brooker, Florida. There are two buildings located on this property. One block building, 50′ by 35′ and one metal carport building, 22′ by 24′. The Town is setting a minimum reserve amount of $25,000.00. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Bids are due at the Town Hall on or before February 9, 2025 by 1:00pm. Bids will be opened at the regular monthly Town Council meeting on February 10, 2025. Award of bid 60 days to close. Please contact the Town Hall if you are interested in seeing the inside of the buildings.
