The Town has an interlocal agreement with Bradford County Building & Zoning for permitting & building code inspections.
Note: If you change the footprint of your property by adding an addition, porch, deck or building you must check with the Town Hall for set back regulations. You must come to Town Hall to obtain a Certificate of Compliance (cost $100.00) prior to applying for a permit from the county.
